-
Technology
There are many factors that impact pain that go beyond soft tissue injury. At Shift, we help educate and provide tools to reach your goals. We use PhysiApp to provide you with customized programs delivered straight to your phone, and offer support throughout the week (not just at your appointment!).
-
Holistic Approach
Shift Physical Therapy is lead by health-facing Doctors of Physical Therapy who specialize in treating the whole individual. A holistic, integrative approach that looks at the main factors contributing to your pain, movement, and health biomarkers.

Continued Guidance After Therapy Ends.
Just because the pain is gone, doesn’t mean our job is done. Often times, people are discharged from therapy before returning back to activity/sport. We ensure proper return to sport testing and continued to support to ensure your success. We also teach you the tools to be successful long after therapy ends so that you can manage flare-ups and prevent re-injury.
