Finally a workout based class that is focused on teaching clients how to exercise both during and after pregnancy. Each class is led by a doctor of physical therapy who understands the importance of keeping mom and baby safe but still allowing women to continue working out.

  • Our Program

Our program designed specifically for you! The class is great for new or soon-to-be moms who want to exercise but just don't know what to do and what is safe for her body and baby. We got you covered!

  • Group Based Workout

Come and bring your little one with you! This small group workout allows you to get the 1-on-1 attention you need as well as meet new and expecting mothers in the St. George area!

  • Exercise Modifications

Exercises are modified depending on YOU and YOUR body. Recommendations are made to protect both mom and baby. So although this is a group class, each exercise can be tailored specifically for you and your needs.

  • Evidenced Based Program Design

Instead of following outdated guidelines for exercise during pregnancy and postpartum, we take an evidenced-based approach to exercise. We follow the latest guidelines to allow you stay active during pregnancy or return to activity postpartum.

This class has a blend of barbell, body weight, and cardio. Led by a doctor of physical therapy who can make specific recommendations for modifications to exercises depending on individual need.
