Join us and learn how to restore your pelvic floor and core muscles postpartum! This workshop is great for anyone who is currently pregnant or has ever had children! It doesn’t matter if you are 6 weeks or 10 years postpartum. You can learn how to restore your core and pelvic floor at any age.
This workshop is designed to teach you:
How to rehab your core and pelvic floor
Learn at-home exercises & stretches to aid in help with recovery
Learn how to safely return to exercise and running
Learn about the common symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction including: urinary incontinence, low back pain, hip pain, tailbone pain, vaginal or rectal heaviness/pressure, prolapse
