As we welcome the new year, it's the perfect time to prioritize your health and wellness. This January, we’re excited to introduce our Small Group Workout Classes, designed to help you achieve your fitness goals with personalized attention and the support of a motivating community, taught by the amazing Cortney Olivas, CPT.

Whether you're looking to improve strength, boost endurance, or simply stay active, our small group classes offer a dynamic, results-driven approach to fitness.

Beginner Weightlifting Small Group Training Class

Step into a supportive and empowering environment where you'll build strength, confidence, and a solid foundation in weightlifting. Designed specifically for beginners, this small group training class focuses on teaching proper form, foundational techniques, and the basics of progressive strength training in a safe, fun, and inclusive setting.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Personalized Attention: With small group sizes, you’ll get hands-on coaching tailored to your unique needs, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results.

  • Foundational Movements: Learn the essentials of weightlifting, including squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows, broken down step-by-step to help you master the basics.

  • Strength Building: Follow a progressive program that builds strength and confidence week by week, focusing on form and function rather than heavy loads.

  • Core & Stability Training: Improve your balance and core strength with targeted exercises that support overall fitness and daily activities.

  • Community Support: Work alongside a group of like-minded individuals who are on the same journey, cheering each other on every step of the way.

Whether you're brand new to weightlifting or returning to fitness after a break, this class will set you up for long-term success. Discover the joy of feeling stronger, moving better, and gaining the tools to train with confidence!

Cost:

$50/class, or $40/class paid ahead of time for the month (no rollover, this would reserve your spot whether you are there or not).
